Dr Matthew Armentrout in a word is exceptional. He is friendly, knowledgeable, a great listener, and over the years, I consider him a friend. I have been a patient of Eye Associates since the mid 1980s and have always receive outstanding optical care. Dr Armentrout provides the best of care. I am delighted he's my doctor.
Appt time was good …..waiting minimal time ..courtesy, staff was good. But For me, while waiting and watching, the dark blue scrubs everyone was wearing needed to be brightened up to a brighter color The dr I saw was professionally wonderful but her hair needs to be a picture of her profession. Looked like it hadn’t been addressed in days. As other staff members. Most was just hanging. Not giving much of an impression for the general public. Dress and Brighten up your welcome area. Need to be proud of your job.
- my experience with this Los Lunas office and Albuquerque office is appreciated above and beyond! I've been struggling with eye problems just recently.. Gping to different offices and not finding the right office who knows my problems. Until i was referred out and met Dr.Shaikh and his amazing staff. They took the time to explain my condition in a way I could easily understand and made me feel completely comfortable. Five stars for the compassionate care! ♡
Very thorough and professional in their exam and evaluation. Had to wait a couple of months to be seen but worth the wait when I realized how good they are in their profession. Dr. Casias thank you for all your help!
The office is very disorganized it took me a whole hour after my scheduled appointment to get to see by anybody I sat in the lobby the whole time waiting. when I discussed my situation with the reception desk they just told me I was next in line which was a lie I end up sitting in the lobby for another 20 minutes before I was ever called and that's only because I complained a second time. I am not sure if I will ever go back again I had been a patient there for decades when my other doctor was there she was very prompt and got people's appointments done appropriately. Going there this time was very disappointing.
