i found them to be very helpful and friendly. the smaller building was much less intimidating than the big box offices, and more interested in the customer and customer service
Two extremely rude Karen’s running the place acting like they are doing everyone a favor when in reality we are the ones giving them our money and business. First and last time going there. Never again
They don’t take Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance or my other insurance she seam rude
This place is not handicap friendly so if you have a wheelchair and you mentioned that this is not a handicap friendly place they will not serve you. I brought a friend and I even walked away so they could serve her but instead they refused her service because I complained about them not being handicapped friendly. They told me to go up to I Eye Associates. There's a reason why no one was in the lobby I'm sure it's because of the rude women up front. I do not go there and I never will and I would never recommend anyone. I will be filing a complaint with the state on how they refused to assist handicapped
