Josh is truly a gem and Walmart is extremely lucky to have him! My husband and I went in to get eye exams and pick out frames, but we found out that this location doesn’t do eye exams. We decided to go ahead and look through the different frames and found a couple that we really liked. Josh answered all our questions and wrote everything down for us so when we were ready with our script, it would be an easy process to come back and get the glasses. He was personable, professional, funny, and very knowledgeable! We got our eye exams at the Walmart on Academy in Albuquerque a couple of weeks later and didn’t even think twice about where we were going to buy the frames. Josh left such an impression on us that we didn’t want to purchase the frames anywhere else. It was worth the wait and worth the extra trip. Thank you, Josh!!! P.s. Walmart managers… give this guy a raise, seriously. Good people are hard to find, but great people are few and far between. Cherish him!
