Eye Associates Of New Mexico Rodeo Park

Went to Eye associates on Rodeo Park to the retina area. Everyone in this office was so attentive and kind and the wait time wasn’t so bad, I think that’s because thanks to the staff keeping things running smoothly. Dr. Pitcher was very helpful and thorough. Every one was wonderful. Even after I left and needed to call back for a few questions I forgot, they took my message and someone reached back out to me in a fast manner.

I was given an appointment quickly due to a sudden change in vision. Once at the appointment, I experienced almost no wait time. The assistant had read my information, and was both courteous and helpful during the initial exam. Dr. Johnson’s examination was thorough with great care given. His explanation of my situation was detailed and educational without being overly technical. I came away with a follow-up scheduled, and knowing what to do should a more serious condition develop.

Dr. Reidy was thorough, compassionate and very knowledgeable… I appreciated the time she took to listen to me and hear about my current and past symptoms, so she could evaluate my eyes and make recommendations. Eye Associates of New Mexico treats, quite a range of people, and I found that all of the professionals I encountered to be warm and understanding. It felt reassuring and worth the wait time, once I was seen because I received excellent care. Thank you

My appointment with Dr Soloway is always a pleasure, and I know my eye health is in very competent hands. He is a kind man, of calm demeanor, and always explains any eye health issue in an understandable and clear manner. In other words, he is great!!

It was a long wait but there was a lot of people. I drive an hour to get there and another hour to get home. 2 hours is a lot of time sitting for myself who is 79 years old. It's 4 hours with travel. BUT I understood the situation with numbers.,,and the staff was helpful, kind and sensitive to ones needs. Dr. Levy was efficient and procedure was only 5 minutes to complete..he answered questions and concerns and didn't rush me.
