Stop! Rethink buying eye glasses here. This is why. In June I purchased I eyeglasses $ 1,762.00 one pair. Tatyana said they would be in in 3 weeks. After one month of hearing nothing I called. Tatyana said she would check and call me back. Hours later she said they would be in on Thursday or Friday of this week. Nope. The following Monday I went to see the manager, Marissa. She checked then said they would be in on Thursday or Friday. ( Must be their standard response) No glasses one and a half months later. On their receipt which is given to you AFTER your purchase is printed no refunds or exchanges accepted. Checked with my attorney and in NM a buyer must be given such a notice BEFORE the purchase & there must be posted notices If not it is fraud. Yesterday, I ran in to Dr. Jeremy. Explained the issue. He said he would look into it. He did! The following day, first thing in am I received a text. "Your glasses are ready". Thank you Dr. Jeremy! They might want to look into their follow up procedure, and give truthful times when glasses will be ready.

Dr. Johnathan has provided me with top tier eye care for 8 years now. He genuinely cares about his patients, is always up to date on the most recent technology, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I am informed and comfortable with every decision. It’s rare to find a doctor with his level of expertise paired with such genuine care for his patients. The entire eye care department, especially Holly in the contact lens department, are equally as incredible. My eye journey was difficult and very scary, especially with a condition that progressed quickly, but they all guided me through it with professionalism and support. I travel from another city because I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you, Oculus Eyegroup! 5/5 recommend.

Exceptional care! I’ve been seeing the Botwin family since the senior Dr. Botwin was at Villa Linda Mall. I think this practice is so professional and kind. I needed to be seen for a potential medical eye issue and was scheduled promptly. They are so thorough and I always feel listened to and well cared for. I cannot recommend them HIGHLY enough. Fantastic!!!

Staff is friendly and professionally competent: Dr. Jeremy bends over backwards to fit me in when I need to check on something, and Holly is a delight with my contacts lenses.. They are. are very accommodating and strive to provide the best care they can in a timely way. DR. Jeremy is very conscientious about making sure he provides the absolute best vision correction for me - and I have a LOT of complications!

Let me start with I've been to eye associates and ultimate eye care. 1. eye associates- always turned into a 4 hours appointment, took forever, staff were nice 5/10 2. Ultimate eye care- for a couple years they kept cancelling and rescheduling my appointments. very irritating cause then I would only get seen every other year or 2 years. loved the staff and the doctor 6/10 Botwin is amazing. appointments take about a hour which is expected. staff are attentive. has optomap- to avoid dilation. I saw Jeremy- very nice doctor. and the glasses selection are amazing. Tom Ford, Chanel, Cartier, you name it they got it. I won't go anywhere else now. Sorry but Botwin makes the other 2 look meh. This place is 10/10
