Oculus came highly recommended by a brother and a good friend. My experience with Dr. Chan and the staff was wonderful!! Staff was welcoming, friendly & helpful and Dr. Chan thoroughly explained her findings and her recommendations. I haven't had such an intense and thorough eye exam in many, many years. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Went in for a Bi-annual, after the initial appointment my partner and I went to check out frames for my new prescription, Marissa was the most amazing with us, kind, SO helpful, and fun to talk to! She is definitely someone I look forward to seeing every time I go in the future. We would've loved to get her a drink or something in appreciation of all her help but we agreed she should check out Snacking Panda 2801 Rodeo Rd Ste B7, Santa Fe, NM 87507 inside The Spot. We hope you enjoy the foody suggestion 💜🤗 thank you so much again we hope you have a wonderful day EVERY day!
Was in Santa Fe for a wedding and ripped a contact lens and realized I had accidentally left home with no replacement. I called Botwin, and they were so helpful, giving me a new lens in my prescription at no charge. I was so grateful for the staff there, they were so kind. I was able to enjoy the rest of my weekend without feeling blind!
Absolutely outstanding service – 5 stars plus! My sunglasses were repaired quickly and perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. The man who did it was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s rare to experience this level of service and attention to detail. Highly recommended – I would come back anytime!
For an establishment that presents itself as a high end boutique, everything about this process so far has been frustrating and disappointing. I booked my exam back in January and the earliest appointment available was three months out. I show up three months later only to be told my appointment was canceled two days ago. No explanation why, and they brush off my questions as to what happened. They were able to fit me in, but now they are rushing me and act like they are doing me a favor when I booked this three months ago. They require an optical scan which of course insurance doesn’t cover and of course you can’t opt out. Blatant $45 money grab. Just dilate my eyes, but they can’t make money from that. When it was time to select the frames, a man stood silently behind me the whole time. It made me feel rushed and anxious, and gave the impression that they just want you out. Everyone at this location is cold and detached. The only bright spot was Dr. VanLin Chan Botwin. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and was very pleasant to deal with. The rest of the employees could learn from her. When I selected my frames, I was explicitly told “10 days, about one and a half weeks.” I called this morning—18 days later—and they are trying to gaslight me into believing that I was always told it would be 2-3 weeks, and that I need to wait another week. I remember exactly what I was told. Either I was given bad information or I was lied to.
