Was in Santa Fe for a wedding and ripped a contact lens and realized I had accidentally left home with no replacement. I called Botwin, and they were so helpful, giving me a new lens in my prescription at no charge. I was so grateful for the staff there, they were so kind. I was able to enjoy the rest of my weekend without feeling blind!
Marissa is an exceptional optical manager at Oculus. She was incredibly attentive and patient as I tried on several pairs of sunglasses to find the perfect fit. During my fitting, she was diligent in making sure the glasses fit comfortably and looked great. She also helped me choose some amazing pairs — I absolutely love my Cartiers and Kuboraum frames! Marissa is sweet, pleasant, and honest, and she genuinely cares that you’re happy with your purchase. I highly recommend working with her if you want a professional and enjoyable experience.
Staff is amazing! Downtown location has a very sleek ambiance. Great frame selection, great pricing on lenses! My moto is you pay for the what you get. So if you want quality and unique frames I say checkout them out!
Went in for a Bi-annual, after the initial appointment my partner and I went to check out frames for my new prescription, Marissa was the most amazing with us, kind, SO helpful, and fun to talk to! She is definitely someone I look forward to seeing every time I go in the future. We would've loved to get her a drink or something in appreciation of all her help but we agreed she should check out Snacking Panda 2801 Rodeo Rd Ste B7, Santa Fe, NM 87507 inside The Spot. Absolutely outstanding service – 5 stars plus! My sunglasses were repaired quickly and perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. The man who did it was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s rare to experience this level of service and attention to detail.
