Very unpleasant experience, you'll have to not only wait forever for your prescription glasses, but you'll be kept on hold for 15 to 20 minutes each time you call, by Eric and his staff who answer the phones. Your calls will never be returned and Eric will express how he doesn't care if you complain.
I have to say, Dr Di Pascuale has a great clinic! He's friendly and professional, unlike other eye doctors around El Paso. Went in for an eye exam, was treated so well by him and Edith in optical, that I ended up walking away with two pairs of sunglasses as well. Honestly I have a hard time believing these other low scores given how well I was treated both times I had to go in. Seriously, hit them up for all your eye care needs!

Everyone here at this clinic is very helpful and friendly. My children and I do our yearly eye check ups and no issues whatsoever. Also the ladies in the eyewear are so nice, Mrs. Maria has always been people person and makes you feel like family plus they have the best styles. Definitely recommend this clinic.
