Eye Candy Opticians

Mr. Mark was great ! Being an optician myself, I was curious about the way eye exams were done here, since its virtual. I had a very pleasant experience and when I wore the prescription for the first time, I can say the exam was done right. My girlfriend, who has been here before, recommended it and she wasn’t wrong.

I had an outstanding visit just now. I called last week and was offered an appointment as early as the next day but opted to schedule for the following week. I received a lovely reminder phone call two days ago. Upon walking in, Mark greeted me with a warm handshake. Once I completed the digital paperwork he then measured my current prescription, explained and guided me through all the various optical devices/exams. I met with a tele-optometrist who further analyzed my vision, and finally met with a virtual ophthalmologist who reviewed everything. This had been a very well-done hybrid of both in-person and virtual-based care. It was streamlined, efficient, and I highly recommend the process, this facility, and Mark. I will be referring my wife here for her next eye exam.

Highly recommended! I've had eye exams before (at other places) and always left feeling like the equipment used and the opticians were never able to properly find the correction my eyes needed. My wife went to Eye Candy (she was very happy), and recommended I speak to Mark and Dave about getting an eye exam and regarding my concern(s) about having the right equipment necessary for the right corrections to be made for my eyes. I made an appointment to see them and couldn't be happier with my decision. They are true professionals, their equipment is state of the art, and the service is remarkable. See these guys...

Couldn’t have been more satisfied. MARK was helpful, patient, personable and professional. He explained precisely what the prescription called for, showed me many different possible frames, until I found the one for me. I received my glasses faster than I had from any previous eyeglass shop. I highly recommend him and Eye Candy to anyone who wants a professional, thorough and pleasant experience.
