Great optical store. Had a thorough exam and they were able to help me put the new prescription lenses into a pair of frames I already own. Will be biying another pair from them soon as well. I wanted the glare guard removed. Took a couple of weeks. Hapoy with their service.
The front desk staff was not particularly welcoming and seemed reluctant to assist or answer my questions. Their low energy and lack of enthusiasm created an uninviting atmosphere, which ultimately made me feel uncomfortable and discouraged from making a purchase. Customer service plays a major role in the overall experience, and I hope there can be improvements in staff engagement and professionalism moving forward. Do Not recommend!
EyePic Graham has excellent service and pricing. I'm very pleased with the quick turn-around of my glasses with updated progressive bifocal lenses. The communication and care AJ provided me is better than most companies. Coming back and sending family and friends to this location.
I had some prescription sunglasses made at Eyepic, went great! Follow up service like repairing a lost pin and tightness adjustments were free! Highly recommended!
My whole family has glasses from here. They are pleasant and very helpful. Robin, at the front desk goes the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of.
