Great folks. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient with me since I was a new patient. So nice to give me time to pick out new frames. Dr. Burmeister Was just great, took the time to explain things. Appreciate everyone's kind assistance.
I had a very good experience at Eye Care One. Very professional and thorough examination. My favorite experience was the excellent service I received from Optician, Justin Stubleski. Not only was he very knowledgeable but also made me feel welcomed and willing to give honest feedback. When I left Eye Care One, I felt very satisfied of my decision and at ease from the thorough examination. Thank you to the staff at Eye Care One for making my transition into bifocals a great experience. I would definitely recommend Eye Care One to my friends and family!
I have been going to Eye Care One since moving back to Muskegon nearly 4years ago. We had just gotten here and my husband broke his glasses. We stopped in and they so graciously were able to fit his lenses into a donated frame. I have been a customer ever since. They are the most amazing people I have ever dealt with.
