Dr. Douglass got me in on an urgent care visit and I'm so happy for Northeast Eye Center! Thank you for your help that day. I work 5 days a week in a bookstore and I definitely need my eyesight.
I had my first appointment at Eye Center Northeast, and I got a very favorable first impression. The staff are pleasant and though. I got an extensive exam, with a couple of unpredicted concerns addressed immediately and completely. After I had returned home, I was pleased to find they had a patient portal, and encouraged me to become very involved in my care, become educated about my healthcare issues, and communicate with them. I feel very good about continuing my care there.
Everyone was very pleasant and explained everything really well. My only disappointment was was the time. My appointment was at 9am and it was 11 by the time I left. A lot of sitting and waiting. My is very valuable to me as I had other appointments to keep. Overall I was very pleased with your service.
Everyone in the office were very pleasant and helpful. Dr Chloe Douglas was amazing. She took her time and explained everything she was doing, I couldn’t be happier with the care and expertise I received. Highly recommend.
It was my 1st visit to Ete Center Northeast. I had an appointment to see Dr. Jones. My appointment was at 10 am and I think I was called in at about 10:10 👍. The inside is clean and updated and the women at reception were very nice and helpful. I was able to complete all forms on my phone via a text link they sent me in advance of the appointment. I had some test run, just to be sure everything was okay with my eyes. They have very modern diagnostic equipment, better than other places I've been to in Maine. The tech that did all my tests was very nice and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and provided a lot of helpful information. Dr. Jones was very nice, and not at all not rushed. We discussed some options for dry eyes and I decided to try out a simple treatment that he recommended. Hopefully it will help me. They also offer frames and contacts, as well as repairs. I would definitely recommend them for eye care, contacts and glasses.
