Dr Tim Tello has been my doctor for about twenty years. He always treats me as a friend instead of simply a patient. His staff is friendly and professional. They always answer questions and concerns in everyday language that seniors can understand. I would highly recommend these fine professionals.
I'm not sure I've ever felt more relaxed or had as much fun at any medical appointment as I did today. From check-in to exam to purchasing new glasses. Every step was the best. Everyone is so personable, helpful and fun. Yes it's actually fun to go to your optometrist!! This was my second year coming here and I thought the first time was cool but this time 10,000 times over the top of last time. Thank you all and you are stuck with us as long as we are here.
As always, I was treated extremely well at Eye Center of Dakotas. Everyone is considerate of my feelings and ask if they can do what is needed. I feel like professionals are treating me. I have a say in my treatment. I don’t know what else I or anyone could ask for.
They were amazing! I came in as a new patient with glasses that were being held together by super glue and missing a nose piece. Not only were they professional, they were extremely kind and temporarily repaired my glasses for free! Great experience and I will be going here for the foreseeable future!
Everyone I've come across at Eye Center of the Dakotas, is so sweet! Everyone up front, the techs, and everyone who helps with finding and getting glasses is great! I've been seeing an eye doctor since around age 5 and am nearing my 30s now, so I've been to many different eye doctors! Dr. Kellen Pathroff is by far my favorite of all the eye doctors I've seen through my life! She is so thorough, knowledgeable, and so kind! She has done so much for my migraines and dizziness, and now acute eye issues as well! She's super familiar with post-concussion symptoms as well. She's given me lots of little tips and tricks to help me along the way too that I'm honestly surprised no one else ever mentioned to me. I'm so glad I started seeing her! In huge ways and in little steps along the way, she's helped me so much! So happy to have her on my team of way too many doctors!
