Dr. Deis and his staff are very professional and highly skilled in doing their jobs. Beyond that, everyone is pleasant and friendly. You feel very welcomed from the moment you enter the door until you leave their office. It is always a very positive experience to be one of their patients/clients.

They have been my eye doctors for many years and it is always a good experience to go there. They are very helpful, friendly and professional. My Mom also went to them for years. The day I called was not for an emergency but I was going to be in Bismarck that day and they got me in that afternoon. Saved me alot of miles and gas.

The new front desk manager knows her job very well: answered questions re: visit as I needed more detail; then looked up. Also photo copied my last 2 visit details so I could return to city I live in, hundreds of miles from here; with details locally . Also, grateful for Cindy and her support in choosing frames as the round shape I prefer was not available with nose piece I prefer!- Joan Klein

I enjoyed my visit. From the time I walked in to the time I left. They were all very welcoming. This was my first visit with them. I didn't feel anxious at all. I learned a lot about some my vision and my eyes. The Dr was very helpful. I will be returning for the next apt when its needed. Or if I have other eye issues.

Have always been impressed with Leslie and her personal and compassionate service. Love catching up whenever I’m in. Thanks for going through the process to accept VA patients. Opticians always do a great job adjusting glasses. Thanks.
