Love this place they’re always very attentive. I had an emergency type situation. I hadn’t been to an eye doctor in a while, but I called them. I had been there before and they got me in within an hour called in a prescription that I needed and all is well the most pleasant people work there. Everyone seems so happy! That makes going to the doctor so much easier when people around you are very nice! I would recommend this place to anyone

I have been taking my children to see Dr. Crandall since they were in elementary school and they're all grown now. This is my first visit but not my last she's very passionate about her patients she cares. Carla is also a great help when it comes to picking out glasses. She listens to what you're looking for and when you ask for her honest opinion she will help you out, nice young lady. Now the lady at the front desk needs some more training in customer service skills. She do not know how to talk or speak to customers. She asked for my insurance card I handed it to her she snatched it out of my hand. Once she gave it back she put it down on the counter hard even though my hand was there out to get it back. She may be in the wrong profession for dealing with the public. That one person will not stop me from going to this eye doctor, I will be going back and having my children to start back going as well. Dr. Valerie Crandall and Carla get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Front desk lady gets 1 ⭐
I've been sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour and have still not been seen. My time is valuable. What do they think? This is ridiculous. Hurry up and wait. This just ain't right!!!!!! And to add insult to injury they charge 75 bucks for a refraction test. Never in my entire life of going to the eye doctor have I ever had to have that test done
After some issues with scheduling through the central number, once I was able to get an appointment all went well Dr Crandall was able to diagnose my eye problem in a very short time, with a good prognosis. The staff was helpful and competent. Thanks to all! Their info sheet also includes the direct number for their office, so I don't have to wait in a queue with the corporate number.
Dr Crandall was great. Very thorough and patient with answering questions i had. Her staff is also very knowledgeable and pleasant which added to a very pleasant visit. I would not think of going anywhere else on my next appointment.
