True Eye Experts – North Fort Myers

This was my first visit to Dr Tucker and was very pleased. He was definitely a people person and I appreciated that so much. So often, these days especially, I feel the medical professionals are so overbooked that I end up feeling like just a number on an assemble line. Dr Tucker has a gift to make you feel like family.

I have spent thousands of dollars here over the years, but the customer service gets worse every visit. Office staff does not acknowledge arrivals, even when there is no one else in the waiting room. I always feel like I am imposing on their time. The office manager complains that they are understaffed, and I can see why. I love Dr. Tucker, but this will be my last visit.

I Really liked Dr. Terry,. He took his time and was very informative to explain my eye condition along with the various tests I received. The staff were all personable and top rate professionals. I highly recommend True Eye Experts of North Fort Myers.

Very disappointed in call back/response time. Existing patient for my child. Called and no one answers. It sent me a link which I booked an appointment online. Did not get a confirmation for over a week. Got one Friday to my email and apt was for Tuesday. They call me Monday to schedule an appointment. I let her know I already had an appointment which she was able to pull up. 5 min later she calls back and apologized that they don’t take my insurance as of 2024, and we are at the end of her 5 year prescription. Mind you I submitted the insurance online where their automated system directed me to for the appointment. If they would have just answered my call, called me back when I left a vm or even text back through their line I wouldn’t have left a review. I train office staff with 10x the work load and this is pathetic. I found another dr who could get me in on short notice. Call me 3:30 the day before after submitting appointment 2 weeks prior? No answers? I could have cleared up the insurance situation weeks ago but they left us last minute.

I accompanied my husband to his eye exam and we had a great experience at True Eye Experts in North Fort Myers. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Terry is highly experienced and my husband and I were very impressed and thankful for Dr. Terry 's thoroughness.
