Tyson Eye – North Fort Myers

I was very anxious about going to my first appointment. I was greeted right away by the front desk and my assistant Z made me feel super calm and very comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and even gave me words of encouragement! I immediately felt at ease when meeting Dr. Champagne, she listened and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend the team at Tyson Eye and I am so happy that I found them!

I found out yesterday at my three-year follow for removing Cataracts and receiving the PanOptix lenses that my right eye was showing a little scarring. I expected to hear this since I had noticed a little blurring. Timing wasn’t great since we’re going back to Indiana in 10 days, and I didn’t think I was going to be able to get it corrected before leaving. I was thrilled when Dr Gallo and Dr Steven’s coordinated and were able to get me scheduled for the laser process TODAY!! I just got back home and now I’m free to head back to Indiana without having any issues to address when we return in October!! Over and above my expectations once again! This place is great! The staff is so wonderful to accommodate customers when they’re in a pinch. I couldn’t be happier with the results today. Thank you to the staff for all that you do. I tell my family and friends that I had a life-changing experience with Tyson in getting the PanOptix procedure three years ago and it continues to be true!

Carole, Optical Consultant, is an incredibly knowledgeable, experienced & approachable person. She has guided me a few times thru the purchase of glasses. From the vanity of “how do I look” to helping me decide which pair would best serve my needs. Each time I was able to make an informed decision, which is important to me. I’m very happy with my purchases along with her continued service & support. And … Yes! I do look good in each pair. ☺️🤗😊

I really enjoy visiting Tyson Eye for my eye care needs. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly, professional and thorough. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Gallo at the North Fort Myers office for over 15 years. She is so personable, it’s like having a family member who’s also an eye doctor, how great is that?! She is patient with us, takes time to answer all of our questions. She’s surrounded by a great staff. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Leslie at the front desk, Ana the technician who ran multiple tests on my eyes and Carole the optician. All are the best at what they do! We moved out of the area 3 years ago but still drive the 2+ hours to see this great group of professionals for all of our eye care needs!

Problem with eyes and Lucy checked with staff and authorized me to come in without an appointment. Very grateful to all of staff for understanding my conditions of watery eyes, puffy, red and sore and Dr. Gallo for her consideration and understanding in treating my condition before I left on my vacation. Great team!!
