My first appointment was in February. Talked to a woman before my exam and told her I wanted the corrective lenses to where I wouldn't need glasses or contacts if I could meet the requirements. After the exam I did. They wanted to set up surgery right away. Said I need to discuss with my employer to see what their requirements are since my job is driving a truck. If I had to be off the entire 6 weeks I wanted to do it in January. I said I would call. They scheduled an appointment for December. Employer said they were fine as long as I had a Dr approval on driving. I called and was told someone would call me back. I was called and told someone would call in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks I started calling Someone called and said since I didn't schedule surgery on day of exam they would call when available. Nobody called. I called several times. Ann finally called and basically blamed me. And said I would have to come in for another exam and then schedule surgery. I already had another appointment with another dr 2 days later. All I can say is I would NEVER recommend or TRUST this office. Not wasting my time with this place
