The sales reps that worked with us this morning were both very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and helped us solve an issue with broken glasses. The store was able to give us a brand new pair and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

Extremely kind staff at the Oxmoor mall located in Louisville Kentucky!!! They are SECOND TO NONE. You can truly tell that this fine group are not just there to make a sell but to also guide you with what fits your interest and your budget. Extremely happy with the customer service one staff member went out of their way to find the exact shirt I wanted and in my size!! and to make things better even provided us with a 40% off coupon! By far one of the best places I have shopped in the past year and would definitely go to anytime again in the near future! GREAT WORK GUYS KEEP IT UP!!

Went into to order new lenses for my Holbrook Metal Oakley glasses. When I arrived the manager stated we would have to ship them off to get fixed. He then stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park with awesome customer experience. They took care of me. Hard to find places like this anymore.

Chris and Kira supported me throughout my entire visit! They make Oakley a brand I love to support and purchase! Kira gave insight into the different bags she and her husband have, pros and cons, and what they mean to her. Chris brought out several hats for me to look at and try on. We had a great conversation about our love for Oakley hats!
