nice entrance/waiting area. it was clean and had lots of uncomfortable chairs. lol. they also have a small area for buying and fitting glasses. the girls, along with the doctor, who work there are all very polite, helpful and friendly.
Dr. Pendel is great, and she was awesome during my exam. She explained everything thoroughly, and her nurse was great. I was bummed that it took weeks to get my glasses, and they were wrong when they came. The kicker for me was when I went to pick up the glasses the second time around 7:35 (they open at 7:30). The door was locked, but I had to go to work, so I stood outside patiently. When the woman came to unlock the door, she seemed very displeased and didn’t even speak. Thankfully I got my glasses and could get out of there, but her attitude was wholly unacceptable.
The staff at this office are so friendly and helpful. I always have such a good experience there. My whole family now goes there. Dr Pendel is kind and thorough. The staff that help with frame selection and fitting are THE BEST and it’s just always so nice to work with them!
Love Dr. Holly Pendel she has been great with a recent eye problem. She has always been outstanding!!
