Eye Central

This morning I had an eye appointment with Eye Central and they could not find me on my insurance group but they did not say I had to leave instead they worked until they found the problem which was the spelling of my last name so I was so thankful cause I live in another town didn't want to waste a trip and they couldn't see me. Everything else was excellent. Dr. Judd was very knowledgeable, kind, sympathetic in explaining what my problems were and the solutions. When I told him about my 12 yr old miniature schnauzer having heart disease, he said he would pray for her! That's amazing 😍 His whole staff were wonderful! My coworker recommended them and it was a great experience 😀

I love Eye Central, they're so professional, friendly and quick. They make sure you're satisfied before you leave, and most off they don't rush you. They make sure you're satisfied with your frames, and makes sure they're a good fit for your face as well. I really recommend them.

Very friendly staff welcomed me as a new patient. Very warm environment and positive Characters. Really enjoyed the lighthearted and friendly conversation during after the exam. Easy to walk over to the showroom and pick out a pair of glasses from a wide variety of designer and budget frames. Thank you

The service was very good except the receptionist immediately told me that the total was $29.00 or so. Mind you this charge is an optional charge for an additional test that was not presented to me as such. I had to be proactive and ask if it was a necessary charge. She said no and therefore, I declined the service. My grandchild received her glasses the same day within 2 hours of selecting the frame. Due to the type of insurance we have, I did not have to pay out of pocket.

Love the doctor hate the selection of glasses y’all have for people on Medicaid trying to see why I couldn’t pay out the difference. I asked they said I couldn’t very disappointing. I had to get some ugly glasses that I don’t like because I’m on Medicaid have to select from the yellow need more options.
