Office building and staff are nice. Waited for roughly 2 hours to see anyone, was pulled back for 5 minutes for a short exam then sent to the area where you are supposed to get your contacts/glasses. I've been waiting for a month now for a trial pair. Have called multiple times and physically gone out there to get help. Am going back to my old doctor, haven't been able to see clearly for a month at this point.

Went in for eye exam, they said I needed cataract surgery. OK. Had surgery, reading vision improved waited appropriate time before getting new prescription. I was still having problems with distance so they did YAGS. Over 6 months later, still having distance problem. I worked 10 years with Visual Impaired students and do not trust them enough to go back. Update: thanks to Dr. Borel for working with me and addressing my problems. Hopefully we are are the right track.

Every time I have been here with an "appointment" I always still have to wait 45+ mins to been seen. They seem to always over book patients. I don't understand why they even make Appointments. They need a new appointment staff!!

Dr Rachel Meyer-Borel and her incredibly friendly and accomplished crew are a breath of fresh air. I've been wearing glasses since 1966. 58 years. I don't think I've ever had a better experience. Fast, considerate, thorough, relaxed, and professional. The doc is very personable and great to work with. I was completely satisfied with my exam and I highly recommend Dr R.M-B and crew. Friendly and professional service from all the staff. As both I and my wife were both moving forward with lens replacement, the consultation provided us a very thorough understanding of the process to replace our eye lenses and the options available to each of us.
