I have been wearing glass since I was in the fourth grade. I knew my vision was bad. When Dr. Clay Bundrick corrected my vision for me after pointing out that I had a cataract on my left eye that had been clouding my vision for a year and one forming on my right eye. That he was able to correct it. I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Bundrick is right up there with the best of the best as far as working miracles! He is very personable and professional. The surgery was painless, fast, and a true success. Thank You Dr. Bundrick and your staff at the Highland Ophthalmology Clinic for allowing me to see clear again. By June of 2026, my eyesight had deteriorated to the point of making every day tasks difficult. Through a family recommendation, I made an appointment to see Dr. Clay Bundrick at the Highland Eye Clinic. From the moment I stepped in the door, the staff eased my stress level from check-in to the numerous exams performed. They where courteous, kind and took the time to explain the purpose of each test as I progressed throughout the process. By the time I met with Dr. Bundrick, I felt there was no stone left unturned. He confirmed that I had cataracts in both eyes. Dr. Bundrick reassured me that this was something that was completely resolvable and walked me through the options for replacement lenses based on my needs and lifestyle. We then discussed next steps and scheduled surgery. Two weeks later, surgery was performed on my right eye at the Red River Surgery Clinic by Dr. Bundrick. The surgery center and staff were amazing throughout. I was very nervous before the first surgery, but quickly relaxed as the staff eased the tension at each step. The surgery itself was quick and painless. Dr. Bundrick assured me that everything went well and I was quickly on my way back home. The follow up appointment the next day confirmed that my vision had gone from motion only vision in my right eye to 20/20 vision within a day. A second follow up visit was scheduled a few days later before the second surgery. This was to make sure that we had the correct lens ordered for my left eye to give me a full range of vision. A week after surgery on my right eye, I had surgery on my left. This time I was not nearly as apprehensive and was eager to get the second surgery taken care of. Everything again went as smoothly as the first. The follow up visit the next day confirmed that I now had 20/20 distance and reading vision. A four week follow up was scheduled to see how my eyes progressed throughout the rest of the healing process. The follow up testing revealed that my vision had now improved to 20/15. This was truly a life-changing event. I can't recommend Dr. Bundrick and his staff more highly. I will be forever grateful.

While searching for a Doctor when I suspected I had Cataracts I was steered toward Dr Clay Bundrick by a close friend. After meeting the staff and Dr Bundrick I knew I had found what I was looking for. The friendly and helpful staff was just the beginning. Dr Bundrick was professional and personable. He took the time to explain my options and was receptive to my concerns. The process from start to finish was seamless. The results I have received are amazing and beyond expectations. I highly recommend Dr Bundrick and his wonderful staff.

After cataract surgery by Dr. Bundrick, I have 20/20 vision, no glasses needed. I have worn hard, then gas-permeable contact lenses for 70 years and very happy to be done with those & to have better vision. Dr.Bundrick can tell the patient what will be the most effective route to better vision. His advice is on target. Wish I would have done this at first hint that cataracts were operable. Very grateful to him & his entire staff.

I could not ask any more from Dr. Bundrick and his staff. I was skeptical about having cataract surgery but Dr. Bundrick addressed all of my concerns. They treated me as somebody and not just another patient. Dr. Bundrick got to know me and my lifestyle. He really wanted to know what I wanted to accomplish through surgery. He customized a plan for me and my needs. The two surgeries went very smooth. All I can say is that these surgeries on my eyes were not just surgeries, they were miracles to me.
