Excellent experience from start to finish! The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. I was especially impressed with how smoothly and efficiently the eye exam was handled. The entire process was well organized, thorough, and completed in a timely manner without ever feeling rushed. I truly appreciated the excellent care and service I received and would highly recommend Warby Parker Washington Square to others. Thank you for such a great experience!

Great selection, friendly and knowledgable customer service! Annie and the entire team helped me pick the best frames. Highly recommend. Can't wait to get my new sunglasses.

I have bought 6 eye glasses from WP over the years. There are good for the price! They have earned 5 stars. However, I recently tried progressives and I returned them. When I was driving, road signs were blurry and the 3 sections were off (top, mid, bottom lens). I took them to WP and they admitted that they took the seg height measurement incorrectly for me and something else. At the time, the optician had to measure it twice because she forgot to write it down. And, no PD measurement. Even though they had a record of it from years ago, it's vital you have the exact PD for progressives. That extra check would have been nice. I exchanged them and had different glasses made—those came back with loose lenses. They made noise and crackled every time I took them on or off or on my face even. That was even after 8 days of wearing them every day. They felt and sounded like toy glasses. The edging was way off so I took them in. They could not fix it by heating them up. I was super disappointed, but they replaced them. That was the right thing to do. Now I'm on eyeglass #3 and I think they'll be fine. This was such an odd experience because the first 6 times they got everything perfect. This last pair, from careless measuring to bad lab edging, I'm hoping it was just dumb luck a couple times in a row. Anyhow, it's not a bad place if you have an experienced optician that does the entire setup: no outsourcing to a rookie optician nearby to take a measurement. That's better quality control and accountability I think. As for the edging, it's standard to have a solid pair of glasses, not a premium feature. Customers should always demand that. Mostly, WP gets that right and I hope they do in the future. Still a 5 star.

This is my third experience purchasing glasses from Warby Parker but first time going in person since they retired the Try At Home program. I was a little bummed they stopped carrying my frames online and that I couldn’t try new options remotely but going in person was better than expected. The staff were friendly and attentive without feeling salesy. I was able to try on as many different styles and the checkout process was great because they added two different measurements from what my optometrist had included which made me feel much more confident in my frames quality over what I would’ve executed solo at home. Finally they completed a reimbursement claim process for my insurance which felt much easier than having to do so on my own. I’m very glad I went in and will likely do so again for future frames!

Great customer service, lots of options to choose from, easy to look up insurance, order placement was a breeze and I was able to enter my prescription after the order placement when I got home. They removed all the obstacles that would have kept me as just a casual browser. Special shout out to the two individuals that helped me, I cannot remember their names but it was an older taller gentleman that suggested a pair of frames I ended up buying and a young person with dark above shoulder length hair who looked up my insurance and made some helpful suggestions too. Well done, Warby Parker!
