I chose NE Eye Care because they advertised in my church bulletin. I was very impressed with all - the office with the retina machine and a room where I could stay in my wheelchair; the staff, all cordial and on the ball. Alicia was excellent to work with as was the young lady who helped me choose glasses. And Dr Cribbes explained all he was checking and the exam was very thorough. I’m very satisfied. Plus despite all the frames being designer, they weren’t exorbitantly priced. I’m ready to get my new glasses. I will definitely sing your praises.

I won’t be going anywhere else. My glasses were done perfectly and my doctor was very knowledgeable about my childhood eye issues. He was able to change my prescription so that it was comfortable for me. The difference in glasses for me is night and day and I love wearing them now. They have good selections and all of their staff members have shown confidence in their roles and it shows. Thanks!

As a new patient Dr.O was very nice and the staff was great. The ambience was very nice. I would have given them 5 stars, however, I was displeased with the fact that I couldn't receive my PD numbers because I was not purchasing my glasses from them. I do feel that part needs to be changed especially if you have to pay for the exam minus what the insurance covered.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful — everyone is so kind, sweet, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve come in. I really can’t say enough good things about the people who work here. My only frustration is that I brought my frames in for a simple lens swap and it’s been about 4 weeks with no glasses yet. I’m not totally sure what the holdup is, but it’s been a little disheartening since I specifically timed it to have them ready before starting a new job. I’ll be sure to update my review once they finally come in!

Dr. O and staff are great and friendly. I got my eyes checked out and bought a new pair of glasses. I’m very happy with the visit.
