Dr hwang is excellent, great bedside manner. I appreciate how he spoke kindly with his staff. He was willing to educate me on my options for procedures. He was reassuring during procedure. Reminders to breathe. He never did anything without letting me know first. Smooth Operation.
I've had to travel to Eye Consultants of Atlanta-Cumberland numerous times over the past two years. My visits have always been prosperous for me. The office and waiting areas are spacious, clean and inviting. And the service on point. The optical shop has fashion forward frames and a helpful staff (and I was just browsing). And everyone was very friendly. I recommend highly Dr. Wong and the staff at this location.
Welcomed warmly by reception. JB provided thorough vision test and answered questions completely. Mia took me to exam room. Dr Roach is Fabulous!!! He has wonderful interpersonal skills, so thorough and humble. After 1st cataract surgery in right eye and insertion of Toric lens for Astigmatism, I have 20/20 distance with Brightness, Vivid Colors, and Clarity. Such a blessing!!! Elizabeth is excellent scheduling appointments, providing pre-op and post-op information!!!
Overall the Doctor wasn’t bad, but it’s gonna take you almost a hr and half to see him. He didn have great bed side matter, but he wasn’t rude. Just wasn’t personable especially me being a new pt. The MA I had, I believe her name was “Zaina” she was so sweet and patient with me! I really liked her, and the lady that checked me out. She Asked how everything went. Just felt liked she cared to know if I had a good visit or not. Beside those 2, nothing about the appointment stood out in a great way
From the front desk to checking out, every single person was caring, friendly and professional. My goodness why didn’t I find this group earlier in my life? Dr.Oliver took his time answering questions about my new diagnosis and is keeping track of my progress. I would recommend 100%
