I was sent a reminder text and a call to remind me which is fantastic. I was told about all the different eye exam parts as they did them and the Dr. is very thorough and professional and easy to talk to and personable. I got my new glasses in 1 week and they feel and work great for me! I Am definitely staying with classic eye care
This was my first experience with Classic Vision Cares Marietta office and it was genuinely a delight as soon as I walked through the door. From getting signed in(they had a warm message for every patient that day on the front desk) to my pre screen before seeing the doctor, every step was handled with respect and promptness. Glad to now have a competent group of people to handle mine and my families eye care needs. Thank you!
I visited Classic Vision Care for the first time today. Dr. Patel was short staffed as one of her staff members called in sick. She handled the balancing act gracefully and she treated me like I was the only patient in the office. Dr. Patel was extremely knowledgeable and even took the time to get to know me on a personal level. I look forward to visiting Classic Vision Care for all my vision needs.
This was the best eye appointment I have ever had from the greeting when I arrived by the receptionist until my departure! Dr. Miller really took the time to determine what was the most accurate prescription for my eyes being I am near-far sighted and I have a stigmatism. He was informative and genuinely concerned about what worked best for me! I will definitely return!!!
I was referred to Classic Vision Care by a friend, and it was the best decision that I made. The people were professional, friendly, and knew what they were about. I would recommend others to them. I look forward to my new glasses in the next few days.
