I had a great experience at Eye Associates of Smyrna. My comprehensive eye exam was thorough, efficient, and the staff was professional and welcoming from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention to detail they provide. This is the only place I will go for my eye care going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, trustworthy services.

Unfortunately I will not return to this office. First, during my visit last year they tried to get me to sign a form saying they’ve provided me with my prescription, prior to my appointment during check in. I had to request to sign the form once I had actually received my RX afterwards. Then months later today as I’m trying to order glasses online I noticed that the Pupillary Distance (PD) is missing from my RX that was emailed to me, which is required to order glasses online. So I called today and I was told by Bella (who was nice) that unless you’re purchasing glasses with them that they don’t provide this number. I have NEVER purchased glasses from any eye doctor I received an exam from, always online with the rx they provide, and have always received this number with my prescription. I was informed that without purchasing glasses through them, that it’s a $25 fee for them to take the measurement, never in my 25 years of wearing glasses have I heard this and it pretty much makes my free comprehensive eye exam that comes with my insurance obsolete if I need to pay a fee to still have everything I need. I was happy with my contacts exam and RX for that however.

This location forces you to have a eye test that is not required to have when you just need an exam. Then they charge you 25.00 to measure your pupils. They charge you for every thing they can. Last time I checked my insurance covered the exam and should cover measuring my pupils to get glasses. Also the frames that they have priced is so marked up it is highway robbery. I was going to get a pair of glasses from they and the frame cost 3x more from buying them online. What shoes that tell you. It's bad enough to have to pay for your prescription and then be taken for all your money for service that should be included. I'm surprised they did not charge me for emailing me my prescription. Save your money and go else where this practice will unchared you on everything they can. I habe never in my life was charged by an eye place like I have at this one. FAIR WORRNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great visit with Dr. Parveen Jaglan. The office is well-run and efficient; I was seen right away without any wait. Every step, including the diagnostic scans and the actual exam, felt seamless and professional. If you’re looking for a doctor who values your time and provides a smooth experience, I highly recommend Dr. Jaglan

Always a pleasant experience with this practice. They are always kind and on time (if not early) with your appointment when you arrive. I look forward to my annual visits and highly recommend!!
