I made an appointment for my two kids and myself. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when making our appointments. When we arrived the staff greeted us with a smile and went straight making us feel comfortable. We got help in picking out our glasses and the wait time were fast in receiving our glasses. Definitely will be back and highly recommend
I had my first appointment at Eye Deal today and am so happy I chose them for my eye care needs! Everyone on staff is wonderfully kind, the location is easy to find, and they have a nice selection of glasses to choose from. Making an appointment was easy, and they even take my insurance! long waits! Long waits and have to call back months later to check status of contact/eyeglasses!! Wrong contact lenses! No common courtesy call nor careful attention paid to VISION patients/customer. I have had issues for 2 years consecutively! Never again. Heitmeyer delivers on customer service, quality and respect!

I love Eye Deal, Dr. Kennedy, Shon, and Mike or whatever his name is. The service is great, generally timely, and always comes with a smile and a few laughs courtesy of Mike ( or whatever his name is). I’ve been coming here for years and with or without insurance the glasses are stylish and reasonably priced. Eye Deal is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. I’d recommend Eye Deal over any of the chains in the area; VW, Stan, AB all pale in comparison.
