Dr. Nguyen was great and honestly really funny, doctors who can laugh with you make a MAJOR difference! I would highly recommend this location for anyone who uses VSP. The staff was very friendly, and the glasses selection offers a wide variety of options. The eye exam I had was very speedy and my documents were already printed by the time I made it to the front desk. Bonus points for tap/touchless payment. I will definitely be back!

The front staff is great, they answer all my questions and are very helpful and as long as Elizabeth T. Nguyen, is the Doctor here I will continue to visit this location, She is by far the best eye doctor that I have had! I have been to many many eye doctors in my ole age. Thank you Doc! I have been seeing her every year for 6 years, See you next year again!

Convenient weekend appointment hours. Friendly professional staff and knowledgeable technicians. Doctor did a great job answering a lot of questions I had and showed a lot of patience towards me. Checkout process was quick and easy to understand. They explained all the insurance information and answered all the questions I had. Even provided me with rebate information to get a little extra money back from the manufacturer. All around great experience and highly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

Cancelled my appointment but failed to notify me, despite having my correct phone number and e-mail (Verified). Drove all the way from Lackland. Very disappointed.
