I love this place. Dr. Graham is my new favorite optometrist. Listened to my issues with driving at night. They offer wide range of eye glasses, adjusted my current pair, and brought a spare pair to fill one of the prescriptions.
I've been going to Eye-deal Vision Potranco Road for many years. Each time, the service was friendly, prompt, and exhibited a significant effort to meet my needs. The eye exam cost is reasonable and they continue to upgrade their equipment to make the experience pleasant like no more eye puffs to check for glaucoma and no more drops to dilate the eyes. Awesome! You may be able to find less expensive glasses but they put in considerable effort to fit you well and will continue to adjust until you feel it's right.
Great service, had been coming for more than 5 years with Dr. Joseph, Dr. Nguyen, I'm pretty much have seen all of them and they are exceptional. They have locations in Somerset, Potranco and Houseman. They have seen my whole family, they see kids and have options of glasses. My elder mom with Diabetes, and they always have someone who try to help translating Spanish. They are awesome specially in allergy season that might need a medical appointment for drops or something, they get you in. I love that they changed their forms to online and receive a link before your appointment via text. Also, received reminders via email, text (if you opt to received them) if you are busy all day work...almost everything electronic, it saves time, I'm in and out in one hour. I trust my eyes to them!
Dr. Graham was really amazing at diagnosing and treating my corneal ulcer. I came in as a walk in and they were super fast and Dalicia was quick to get tme checked in. Im super grateful to the staff here!!
I was running a few minutes late and they were still able to see me and give me a thorough examination and they made me and my son feel very comfortable. I feel they did a very professional job of examining my eyes and addressing my concerns. The lady who fitted us for glasses was also very personable and did not pressure us at all.
