Eye Designs Optometry – Arden Way

I had an outstanding experience at iDesign Optometry Arden. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. Everyone on the staff was respectful, friendly, and genuinely caring. I especially want to thank Dr. Mikala Herr. She is one of the kindest, most professional, and knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. She took her time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire exam. Normally, when I visit a clinic or doctor’s office, I just want the appointment to be over quickly so I can leave. But with Dr. Herr, it was the opposite. I actually enjoyed the visit because she is such a warm, intelligent, and caring person. She never made me feel rushed, and her positive attitude made the experience truly memorable. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an eye clinic. If you’re looking for a highly skilled optometrist who genuinely cares about her patients, I highly recommend Dr. Mikala Herr and the entire team at iDesign Optometry Arden. The doctor was very kind and explained every detail about the lens prescription very well. He took his time to explain every little detail. Very good service and attention.The receptionist gave us a very warm welcome, as did the woman who does some checkups and exams before the doctor sees you. The woman who takes your prescription for the glasses you choose was also very kind and helpful.👌

Probably the best visit to my optometrist I've ever experienced. Key points: professional, friendly, efficient and on time. The office is well equipped with the latest technology. No more blue dye in the eye to dilate. The staff has been at this location for years and they treat everyone very kindly. I'm bringing my son here soon. I highly recommend with 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel right at home. Their warm and welcoming demeanor genuinely felt like being greeted by family, which made my check-up all the more comfortable. A special shoutout to the amazing technician who conducted all my tests – we even share the same birthday, June 10! Her professionalism and friendly attitude were truly commendable. It's clear she is passionate about her work, and I believe she deserves a raise for all that she does. I also want to highlight the receptionist with the short hair; she was fabulous! Both ladies create such a positive and inviting atmosphere that you can't help but feel at ease during your visit. Their dedication to patient care definitely keeps me coming back. They have awesome service with people who understands and patience. Just amazing when you go in there, especially with the nurse who text you in first to check your eyes before the doctor. She is amazing. Really appreciate her service and understanding.
