Ebony at Costco Optical was amazing! She was so patient, kind, and helpful while I was choosing my glasses. She showed me several different frame shapes and helped me find the perfect pair. I really appreciated her knowledge, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Ebony!
Not sure what the ladies problem was, but she was rude and curt with us. No smile and she lied!!! She said I was not on my wife's optical plan and I was. We called VSP and confirmed I was on my wife's plan. The only thing I can think of is either racial/political prejudice. You hate to see it, but leave all that stuff at home and be professional and courteous to the customer. We will not be back and will cancel our membership as well. This place is ridiculous when it comes to customer service. They need some serious retraining in this area. You'll notice zero response here to my review. And if so nothing will happen. The same problem will still exist because it comes from the top. If the leaders are sour, the workers are too.
I’ll stick with Folsom Costco Optical next time, a lot nicer! Staff here is not friendly or helpful. The DR rushed my eye exam.
The customer service of a GOAT. No personality or professionalism. Have seen happier employees at the DMV.
Not pleased with the OD. Rushed eye exam. Tina Zeng talks 100 mph. Not thorough. Will not recommend. Showed specs in retina in left eye on their Optos machine. Just says that it's age related. Concerning to me especially if it's just in one eye. Horrible provider. Boggles my mind how some people get accepted into grad schools, that have no compassion, empathy nor bed side manners. No personality! Will not return.
