Eye Doctor Inside Costco

Our family appreciates Dr Fong and his team, as well as everyone who works in the optical department. We have always had an excellent experience and trust the prescription for our glasses is 100% accurate. Additionally, the fees are reasonable; the selection of frames is good and turnaround is timely.

I've been seeing Dr. Fong for years now. He's always very fast and accurate. Is he all warm and fuzzy? No. But he's polite and efficient. That's what I look for in a good doctor. He caught some mistakes in my prescription from my old doctor about 8 years ago now and I never went back. He is also very fast with contact lens prescriptions. Having Costco there to test out close and far vision is shockingly helpful. I recommend him highly.

My wife had such a good experience with Dr. Fong that she recommended him to me. Last week I had my third eve exam with him and continue to be very pleased with his work. I also enjoyed interacting with Sandy and Michelle when ordering my lenses.

I've called 6 times over the course of 3 different days at different times of the day and no one has ever answered the phone. I call Costco and they answer right away and transfer me to the optical dept. then the phone will either ring for 3min straight before hanging up or it will go to a voicemail saying they are busy or on the line with another customer. Don't waste your time here.
