I went to a big brand of vision place in Utah for glasses, but they did not know how to adjust glasses. They messed up my frame significantly. Right when I was about to give up, I came upon the optical department of this Costco location and was so impressed how professional the opticians were! I should’ve asked the lady’s name. She just looked at my frame and knew exactly what was wrong. She adjusted my glasses nicely within 5 minutes while I went to the other place for more than 4 times and they still couldn’t adjusted it right. It made me felt like I should’ve just came to Costco to get my glasses instead of other fancy vision building. I really appreciate them and glad that I can finally wear my glasses without feeling pain on my ears!

Service gone down hill. Every year, for 7+ years, all 5 of us buy glasses and/or contacts. Today we showed up ready to buy. Unlike before, they now tell us they wont check insurance because if they do, and someone does not buy, it is work to withdraw insurance request. In other words, they don't want to help that much. Too lazy. Real shame. They used to make it easy to spend money with them. Looking for another place to buy from.

The staff was very helpful. The doctor answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and gave me different options for contacts and glasses. I loved that it was no pressure situation. The price is very reasonable compared to my last place. Will definitely be going back

I had a great experience here. The eye doctor let me ask all of the questions I had and she clearly explained what was going on during the examination. Getting new glasses was also a breeze. I got what I wanted for a good price and they were right the first time.

I went in to get an eye exam in the morning, though I couldn't order glasses because I'm not a member. I was told that if I came back later with the membership holder, I could order glasses if they were the one who paid. Great. I came back with the membership holder, and now I'm told I can't order glasses at all. I'm fine following policy, but do not waste an hour of my day and some of my gas by lying to me. To be clear, the policy is fine with me. The employees themselves were what led to my poor experience.
