Eye Doctor`s Optical Outlet

Generally, when I go here, the doctors are amazing. However, the staff in the front very unfriendly very direct just not people that you would think would be running your front office. I confirm that with my recent call. 13 minutes on hold finally answered then she put me on hold again and then they hung up so I called back. They picked up immediately however I let her know that someone disconnected. The call could’ve been an accident and her response was. How can I help you No sorry about that. Nothing just terrible bedside manner.

Heidy was absolutely amazing checking me out with my glasses and so was Dr.Bickoff with his thorough examination. Erin was a wonderful help assisting me with picking out my glasses.

I saw Dr. John Ocasio. Loved his patience in providing care to me. Also, the office staff were pleasant as well in explaining everything to me for my contacts and glasses.

Great customer service! Erin helped me pick out this frame; it matches my face perfectly. She was very knowledgeable and super sweet! She is definitely the person to see when you come in!! I’m in love with my glasses, and I plan to ask for her help next year! You should too!

Never been here before but stopped in to get my glasses adjusted and Heidy did a wonderful job in no time! So professional and wonderful. I will definitely be returning here to purchase glasses next!
