Generally, when I go here, the doctors are amazing. However, the staff in the front very unfriendly very direct just not people that you would think would be running your front office. I confirm that with my recent call. 13 minutes on hold finally answered then she put me on hold again and then they hung up so I called back. They picked up immediately however I let her know that someone disconnected. The call could’ve been an accident and her response was. How can I help you No sorry about that. Nothing just terrible bedside manner.

I saw Dr. John Ocasio. Loved his patience in providing care to me. Also, the office staff were pleasant as well in explaining everything to me for my contacts and glasses.

Great customer service! Erin helped me pick out this frame; it matches my face perfectly. She was very knowledgeable and super sweet! She is definitely the person to see when you come in!! I’m in love with my glasses, and I plan to ask for her help next year! You should too!

Amazing experience to be a patient here! Knowing who & what I received prior to 2025 visit, I made sure I see Dr. Bickoff again and met an incredible Optician named Erin. She was a great help in determining which frame fits me well & treated me like a family member 👊🏼❤️ I highly recommend this place and you won't be disappointed. The doctor said I had 20-30 and I was seeing the 20-20 line. Yay!!! Thank you so much and abundance to Year 2026☝🏼🙏🏼
