Eye Doctor`s Optical Outlet

I had my yearly checkup today at Optical Outlets in Leesburg. All the staff were efficient, kind, and personable. The doctor listened to my new concerns, and did a thorough exam which calm my nerves. In the final step of checking out I was helped by a young man named Ayden. He was kind, patient, caring, and also knowledgeable. This experience was wonderful, and I will definitely refer Optical Outlet of Leesburg to others. Evelyn.

Ayden at Optical Outlet was extremely helpful when I went in to pick up my glasses and get another pair fixed using my insurance. He made the whole process quick and easy and took the time to explain everything clearly. Ayden was professional, friendly, and made sure my glasses fit perfectly before I left. I’ve been going there for a few years. I am hard of hearing but don’t use a hearing aid. I’ve never had a problem with any of their workers always polite and very accommodating. Melissa was very helpful when I was looking for small frames, the girls at the front were very kind and spoke loudly for me when I asked if they could. The boy that blew air at me explained what the machines do when I asked. And I really liked my doctor she spoke loud to me the whole time and was very kind to me. All around I was really happy with everyone that help me and I’ll be going there from now on.
