Eye Doctor`s Optical Outlet

Brittany was such a pleasure to work with while picking up my son’s glasses, she was super friendly and extremely helpful in getting my sons glasses order completed! I also appreciate Veronica fulfilling my son’s order prior to pick up he had 4 pairs of glasses I had to pick up so I appreciate that everything was ready to go and just had to sign. Brittany had me quickly out the door within 5 mins of arriving which was much appreciated! I would absolutely recommend this Optical Outlets location! Brittany’s customer service was excellent, she truly was one of the nicest & sweetest employees I’ve ever worked with at any of the optical outlet locations I’ve been to! 5 stars & 10/10 would recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at Optical Outlets in Ocoee! I stopped in to take advantage of their teacher appreciation deal, and Brittany and Iris were absolutely amazing. They were both so friendly, patient, and helpful while I picked out new frames. As a teacher, I really appreciated not only the special deal, but how genuinely kind and welcoming Brittany and Iris were. Great customer service makes such a difference, and they definitely made me feel appreciated! Thank you both for such a great experience — I love my new glasses! ❤️👓

I went to the one on Colonial 9454 in Ocoee, it was a nightmare. Wish I would of read the reviews before I went. They have two stars and the worst reviews ever. They are rude not knowledgeable about anything. They treat you so badly. I decided the following day to ask for the general manager to let her know what a terrible experience I had with her staff. She was no better she could of cared less. I ordered two pairs of glasses I just wish I could get my money back. I would go somewhere professional. So many great places to go I certainly will never go back there I recommend you don't go either. They are expensive and their products cheap and plan to spend hours trying to get your glasses. I hate writing bad reviews but their service was so bad I felt like I had to write something.

I had been going to the same eye doctor for over 10 years, but my new insurance covered eye care at Optical Outlets, so I decided to give them a try. I went to the Optical Outlets near my house, and I was very impressed! Ericka greeted me with a warm smile and had me in the exam area before I even had a chance to finish my paperwork. She performed a few quick tests and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Glasser was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor, which made the exam enjoyable. When it was time to pick out my glasses, Iris was so sweet, patient, and funny. She helped me choose a pair that I absolutely love. When I returned to pick up my glasses, April made sure they fit perfectly by taking the time to adjust them until they were just right. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. I’m so glad I found my new place for eye exams and glasses. I highly recommend Optical Outlets!

This office was so kind and quick. The front desk was fast and friendly and Beth was so helpful with helping me select frames and even offered me 50% off a second pair! I've been coming here for a long time and I will be back next year!
