I had an excellent experience! Karina was incredibly nice and professional from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and friendly attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate the great service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone reliable and professional!

Check-In was easy. The wait time was not bad about 10 minutes. The staff is phenomenal. Front Desk rocks!! Doris is efficient, helpful, and thorough. Dr. Ginger is the best. Good with pre-teens.

Anjelica helped us with our glasses. She explained insurance benefits, fitted us properly, and answered all questions we asked. Such a great place! Thank you!

Anjelica is amazing! Always so patient, personal and helpful. She helped my son through the hour-plus training of how to put contacts in and out. She was also very helpful with my husband when he picked out glasses. Also, Dr. Sadek is a keeper - love her!

I have been a customer at Optical Outlet for quite awhile. I use this location always and for 2 reasons, price, the best deals on glasses money can buy, and service! The Manager Taylor and her staff have always been welcoming to me. As soon as you enter the store, you are greeted and made to feel welcome. The service is usually fast and friendly and they are amply staffed to keep things running smoothly and timely. Taylor is an exemplary employee and Manager. Her smile is contagious and evident with the rest of the employees demeanors. I appreciate her and the whole staff in helping with my eyeglass needs, and I will continue frequenting this store in the future.
