Had a great experience!!!! Love Dr Jones - very personable and explained thing thoroughly. Marcus was such great help in picking out the perfect pair of glasses!!! So much patience. The whole office staff was wonderful. Great experience!!! Will definitely be back!!!

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating when possible. Tavis was the salesperson who assisted me and was wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Although the store was near closing, there was no sense of angst or rush to complete the sale. Thankvyou Tavis.

Marcus helped me out tremendously. Help me with an exchange and was able to get me into glasses that suited me better . Wonderful employee. I will come back to lenscrafters because of his excellent customer service .

What a fantastic atmosphere! Helpful. Knowledgeable. Excellent service. The gentleman that helped me (Tavis) was the best. Walked me through all the options. Very kind and patient. Highly recommend.
