We only go to this location to buy our frames, but they are always so kind and professional and helpful. They are great with my kids, and always seem to remember us when we come in. Today we went in because my little one broke her glasses and they were able to repair them so quickly. Always very happy.
Called vision center this morning. I was surprised they were open so early. Spoke to Pam, very pleasant and helpful, as I needed new nose pads for my glasses. After a few minutes she came out and said one screw was stripped and she will drill for a larger screw. Only a few minutes went by and all done! Cost was so cheap I wanted to tip her but she refused. I would have rated them 4 stars because of what they offer at a nice price but the optician (Pamela A.) working the night I ordered them made it a terrible experience. She constantly talked down to me and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. She kept interrupting everytime I wanted to explain what I was wanting. Customer service was not her strong suit.
I could go anywhere, but I choose 3501 S Florida! I keep going back year after year because of the friendly caring professional service I receive by Washelle! She takes the time to make sure you leave completely satisfied with your choices and will help you every step of the way. She even remembers your name! Thanks Washelle and staff!
My frames broke and getting married in 3 days. Washelle hooked me right up with some frames that fit my lenses. Saved my LIFE!!! YOU ROCK WASHELLE!!!
