I had an excellent experience! Karina was incredibly nice and professional from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and friendly attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate the great service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone reliable and professional!
Check-In was easy. The wait time was not bad about 10 minutes. The staff is phenomenal. Front Desk rocks!! Doris is efficient, helpful, and thorough. Dr. Ginger is the best. Good with pre-teens.
My husband and I had a flawless, efficient experience at Optical Outlets. As soon as we entered, we were greeted warmly. Dr. Sadek is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. Anjelica helped us with our glasses. She explained insurance benefits, fitted us properly, and answered all questions we asked. Such a great place! Thank you!
Had a great experience at Optical Outlets today. Dr. Sadek was awesome really fast and efficient but also super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. For the checkout, Karina helped me out and she was so kind. She took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Definitely a smooth visit from start to finish!
Karina was awesome. She was honest when I picked out my frames. I don’t like people who just yes you. I can’t wait to get my glasses she told me all about the new Omnioux lenses.
