Dr. Farah was courteous, professional, and respectful of our time. She recommended multifocal contact lenses, believing they would provide better visual clarity, and she was absolutely right. Thank you, Dr. Farah; I truly appreciate your care and expertise.
My eye exam experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional, and Dr. Feray was outstanding—very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic.
Dr.Abram was absolutely terrible. Very rude and unprofessional. He walked in the room looking at the floor without greeting or acknowledging me as a patient which I shrugged off, but I giggled briefly at a question he asked and he told me “I’m not laughing, nothings funny”, like sir??? Okay?? Didn’t know we couldn’t be joyful in his presence. Anyways, he made the appointment extremely awkward, uncomfortable, and hostile. I only stayed because I had already paid for the eye exam but ran out of that appointment as soon as it ended. The actual LensCrafters associates were kind and the lady who greeted me was sweet and cared about my time there.
Seriously can’t say enough good things about my visit to Lens Crafters. Professional, kind and knowledgeable team at S. Fla. Ave. Lakeland, Fl. When my eyes can adjust to a new prescription in a matter of minutes, I know the job was done right!! Thank you!!!
Warm customer service. Clean and safe environment. Irene and Dr. Stephen were very professional, and made me felt comfortable, and welcome. Young lady at the frames desk was also very professional, and easy to talk to.
