first I went into the store and was quickly met by a rep and got my profile going. as I had my prescription already I just needed to look at glasses. long story short this girl tried to way overcharge me and said I can look at frames that my insurance paid for. I asked why can't I get the frames I picked out and pay the difference? she had a blank look on her face. as I was in a hurry I came back the next day and was greeted by AMBER. what a joy to work with. she got it right away and got me set up with 2 pairs of glasses. so if I didn't go back the company would have made 0 but because amber was on the ball they received hundreds. what ever your paying her double it. shes a rockstar

The staff was very welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctor took their time explaining everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I really appreciated how attentive and caring everyone was. Highly recommend! ESMERALDA is the best.
