Thank God for ms Lacy she saved my glasses and made sure that I was in the right frame also my last appointment was not so well with the other lady that handled me but ms lacy is super helpful and very kind also my doctor she is super super friendly and awesome also the front desk lady’s are fantastic as well. I love this location thank you Lacey for everything that you have done for me every time I come for a visit each year. !!!!!! Let’s go team !!!!! Thank you for my new glasses in with the out with the old thank u doc and thank u lacy and awesome team !!!!!

I made an appointment on 5/12/26 for 6/5/26 visit at 1:30pm for the Winter Haven location. I had to take time off from work to be able to get seen. The only reason I planned so far out was to make sure I was able to get the time off as well as making sure insurance was in place. I walked in at 1pm on 6/5/26 and the lady asked what she could help me with and I said I had an appointment at 1:30pm. She looked at me strangely. She went to the computer saying that all doctors were not in. I gave her my phone number and she said someone called and texted on 5/19/26 canceling the appointment, but I never received anything from them. The lady acted like she had no concern about the situation. There should be block out dates on your website if no one is going to be there. My occupation consists of constantly communicating with clients and making sure everything will move accordingly. So I am very disappointed in this location with the lack of communication. So yeah I walked out highly mad. I had to scramble to find another appointment elsewhere due to the fact I had taken the day off.

Dr.McCoy was so kind and explained my test results so I could understand everything easily. Kiana helped me so much to try and find the perfect glasses and prices. I am so grateful to have had her wonderful help . I can’t say enough about her fantastic personality. I am so grateful to be a customer here. Five stars isn’t enough! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kiana, is so kind and personable. She is very respectful and knowledgeable from, what my insurance allows for glasses to how glasses actually looks on a person. I love the glasses Kiana help me pick out and the fit is awesome.I have a small face and its hard for me to find glasses that fit my face.Thank you Kiana. I also love my Eye doctor as well.

Getting called to the back was super fast but the waiting after that was extremely long. Honestly didn’t see the point in having an appointment when they take all the walk ins before you. Also the girl who ended up assisting us didn’t even apologize for the wait. (No Courtesy/ poor customer service) I usually go to the Lakeland office and will be returning to the Lakeland office.
