3 stars cause they are nice. But how can the dr. come in saying my child doesnt need glasses when she was squinting to see the 20line and still literally said numbers instead of letters? Didnt even do the entire process to see the letters on the wall checking different lens. Will be paying out of pocket for another dr to check her because I dont feel right with the visit and as someone that uses glasses soly for driving and watching TV, I think its important to take serious and get a correct prescription even if they see enough without glasses

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Henne for 44 years. We have been well taken care of with eye exams, glasses and contact lenses. I highly recommend them!

13 years down the drain, I am beyond frustrated and incredibly disappointed. This practice severed a 13 year relationship with our family of 7. My appointment for my boys was at 2:45 PM. We arrived early at 2:40 PM, sat in the waiting room for over 30 minutes, and were not even brought back to a room until 3:15 PM, only to continue sitting there waiting even longer without being seen. At 3:30 PM, after wasting over an hour of our afternoon with absolutely no respect for our time, we left. This is NOT a one time issue. This is now the THIRD time in the last year we’ve dealt with wait times like this. At some point, it stops being “things happen” and starts becoming a clear scheduling and management problem. I rearrange entire days for appointments, especially because of how large my family is. Parents pull kids out, coordinate schedules, sit in traffic, arrive on time, and do our part. I have never “no showed” and if we are running behind, I call the office. The least a medical office can do is value patients’ time enough to run remotely on schedule or at the very least communicate delays honestly. This is also AFTER I was told I could not schedule all 5 of my kids at the same time because of the fear of us cancelling or not showing up. Which is comical because us showing up on time to our appt’s has never been an issue, waiting for almost an hour for the doctor has though. What makes this even more upsetting is that we have been coming here for a very long time. We had a very good relationship with Dr. Henne. That kind of loyalty clearly means nothing when patients are repeatedly left sitting and waiting with no urgency, no explanation, and no consideration. Completely unacceptable.

If I could give 100 stars I would!Customer service was top notch. They go above and beyond. A receptionist returned my call on a Saturday. Dr.Henne and his assistant were so informative and made the eye exam fun and stress free. Did I mention my husband has to help me put eyedrops in and I have never wore contacts. This practice is truly the best. They also have a huge selection to choose from and the staff answers all your questions with a smile. Lisa helped me today and she was amazing you. You will walk out happy and informed. I cant wait to pick up my glasses next week:)
