Great experience at Eye Specialist Winter Haven for my annual eye exam. A special shout-out for Erica, the tech who did all of the preliminary eye tests. She had good attention to detail and a great bedside manner, communicating everything very well.
I have been a patient of this group in Winter Haven over 45 years so I have seen a lot of their Doctors. I have not had any complaints or concerns regarding any of the Doctors themselves (I've outlasted a few of them). The greatest improvement has been the attitude and communication with the front desk. There was a time it was so bad I didn't return for a couple years and directed my family to go else where. This last visit (after not being there 2 years) was a pleasant surprise. Friendly, very willing to help-even coming around desk to help with forms (instead of excuses and putting off) and actually listened. I doubt if I'll make it another 45 years but I won't be as hesitant to return.
We visited Eye Specialist of Mid Florida today for my daughter’s eye exam and Jose was phenomenal with her! He’s very personable and friendly. You can tell he’s a great father because he was great with my daughter. He made her feel comfortable in her visit. This is a great place to care for your vision! Worth all 5 stars!⭐️
Today is the first time my husband and I been to the eye specialists of mid Florida, I love the ambiance and from the moment we checked in the young lady was very polite! The other young lady who was checking my eyes and she listened to what I had to say about my eyes and my health issues. Dr Peardon too I met him for the first time! So very humble and very polite. I appreciate him for breaking it down to me about my eyes. I would recommend anyone to come here for vision checks glasses etc!! The young man Manuel was also very polite and did everything to help me get the most affordable plan for my glasses regarding my prescription! I would definitely go here for my eye care etc. everyone that I mentioned here in this review really showed that they truly care and compassion!!
Y'all need to listen when I say that Eye Specialist of Mid Florida in Winter Haven is a business that has the right stuff. The staff are very attentive. There is never a time where you don't know where to go. Staff physically walks with you to hand you off to the next phase of treatment. Never do you see people wandering around unsure of where to go. Every staff member has a smile and are eager to answer questions. My husband had cataract surgery. Recovery was easy because they explained after care instructions very well. Plain and simple, this is a well oiled machine. It is a great choice for all your vision needs.
