What a great experience today has been! My daughter got contacts for the 1st time and the staff was very helpful from training to test. The lens installation was a bit challenging but that did not stop the staff from making sure we were comfortable with the process. The best in town… HANDS DOWN!
This place is amazing! We went for breakfast not to have our eyes checked. If we lived in FL we probably would. But the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the service was outstanding, and the selection of food and drinks is crazy! So many choices! We really enjoyed this place! Thank you Eye Guy!
The experience and atmosphere were awesome. The First woman who helped check me in, i didn't catch her name, was very pleasant and welcoming. Ms. Lady was warm and explained all the charges before the exam. Dr. Joe was kind and patient with me while conducting the eye exam. After finishing, Mrs. Kaylin helped me pick out two frames that complemented my facial features. She was incredibly friendly and genuine!! This was a great experience! Thank yall!
Such a pleasant experience!! Nicole was such a delight! So sweet and so helpful! She explained everything so well and was so patient with all my questions!! Definitely recommend! Demi was also so so nice and helped my husband with getting new glasses and contacts for the first time!
I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling the front office. They were professional and incredibly kind. When arriving Demi was so sweet and took care of me at intake. She’s knowledgeable about all the technology and machines for the preliminary exam. This location offers an option to not be dilated but use a new mapping technology so you still get your eye health checked without the annoying side effects of dilation. The doctor was professional and quick! The exam was painless and I had a prescription and health exam within 10 minutes. I opted to get new glasses as mine were about 11 years old with Madison! Madison is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She helped me find the best frames for myself from their great selection and showed me the great deals they’re running. Their frames are reasonably priced and very cute! I won’t go anywhere else than this location! The staff is incredible and I can’t wait for my next eye exam!
