I love going to opti club. I called and was able to get an appointment today then I decided I wanted some prescription readers that were transition. Sarah was so helpful the name brand frames were out of my price however she went and brought over 4 frames which were in my budget. I appreciated her going above and beyond. Customer Service is a lost art in this day and time.
loved my experience here. the lady I checked in with for my exam was so nice. Dr cole was nice as well. the lady who helped me find frames was lovely she even told me happy mother's day which I needed that more than she knew. I was in and out got my glasses the same day! 1000% satisfied with my visit today highly recommend!
WOW! I can't say enough about OPTI-CLUB! From walking in to a warm welcoming staff to the absolute most thorough exam I've ever had. Valatina was is the best customer embassador I've ever met. Keep up the great work, your the rock. As for the exam, the doctor answered every question, explained her findings and put the answers in terms I could understand. I had a opportunity to meet what I think was the owner and he was exceptional! YOUR THE BEST!
I’ve been searching for aviator transition progressive sunglasses for smaller faces for quite some time. Krista and Stephanie were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I needed the glasses before I left on a 2 month trip. They expedited my order and the glasses arrived with time to spare. This was my first time at Opti club and definitely not my last. Exceptional and friendly service from start to finish.
I have been going to Opti-Club for almost 25 years because they are the best in Pensacola. The appointments are quick and seamless with practically no wait time. The staff are kind and knowledgeable, and the same staff have been there for decades. Service for glasses and contacts is fast, and the facility is always clean. They have all the glasses brands you can think of, and they will gladly assist you to ensure you choose the perfect pair for yourself. There’s no other eye doctor or glasses store that I would recommend!
